The Melanin Village came to Tech Fleet with the goal of condensing their organization’s community resources from 7 different platforms, to 1 all-encompassing mobile application. Roughly 1 year after their partnership began, I was hired on as a Product Manager to help get the project back on track. We set out to streamline processes, develop a strategic roadmap, unify the product vision with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver the MVP.
